Crashes on iOS 8.0.2 Need a fix!
Cant open the magazines.
In short, a nice variety of fully nude poses for artists to draw or paint from. Each pose has multiple photos or a video. The photos can be zoomed for details. The controls take a bit of getting used to, you have to tap or swipe in the right spot to get it to do what you expect. Once you figure it out, the layout is pretty nice. I like the feature where you can spin the model just by dragging. The photos come from the Posespace website where one pose costs about the same as this magazine subscription, so its a good value.
The first issue featured some great 360 photo shoots(Love that one can rotate them to their liking) and great facial expressions but it was really lacking more material to justify its $5.99 price. I would love to see interviews from the featured models and photographers in later issues to give the magazine more content. Overall, this has great potential.
Really helpful tool for those times when you can’t work with a live model. The selection of models was good, with natural poses, good lighting, and a 360º view for most of the models. Each pose is backed up with 24-40 high resolution images that can be scaled up inside the frame of the iPad to get quality detail views of individual elements —hands, feet, what have you— and that’s given this a pretty high reuse value. Going to subscribe and like the idea of getting new 360º views and shots delivered to me each month!
